Kristoffer Vandbakk

Kristoffer is one of four technical directors within ISKGA, he has been working in the coaching and guiding industry since 2015 and is passionate about sea kayaking and the marine coastal environment.

He has guided and coached all along the Norwegian coast from Lindesnes in the south to Sørøya in the north.

Kristoffer is a Norwegian Canoe Association 5 star coach, British Canoeing Sea Kayak Leader and ISKGA Advanced Guide, one of only two guides to pass their Observation Proces with a 'Distinction'.

Kristoffer runs two guiding and coaching businesses in Norway:

Norwegian Sea Kayaking and Kajak Nord. He is also involved with other outdoor organisations such as The Norwegian Trekking Association (DNT) and Faerder Kajakk.

Kristoffer is the Norwegian Chair for ISKGA and as such co-ordinates ISKGA Guide training programs and observations in Norway, he works closely with the Norwegian NGB for Canoeing/kayaking and search and rescue agencies to deepen his own personal knowledge as well as those of ISKGA
